Job summary

Caliber Cleveland TN is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles from minor dings to major frame work. You will apply blueprinting, welding, and precise panel work to bring cars back to factory specs.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Ability to straighten and square frames to factory specs.
  • No-shortcuts approach and attention to detail.
  • Strong welds and tightened bolts.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with other shop roles.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
