Job summary

Caliber in Texas is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to restore wrecked vehicles to road-ready condition. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform frame and structural work, and ensure precision and safety in every repair.

You will work with a team using modern equipment, and you’ll benefit from the company’s training programs and a strong earning potential through a competitive pay rate and benefits.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural repairs with a focus on factory specs.
  • No-shortcuts approach: blueprint and fix right the first time.
  • Must be physically capable of handling up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with tight fit and finish.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars efficiently.
