Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Perform vehicle inspections and repairs according to company and industry standards.

Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality repairs and meet deadlines.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

Communicate effectively with management regarding status updates and any challenges.

Assist in prep and repair phases as needed based on workflow and team needs.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and shop policies.

What You Bring to the Team:

1–3+ years of auto body repair experience

Proficiency with vehicle structural repair techniques

Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly (and up to 70 lbs occasionally)

Comfortable with climbing, kneeling, and working in physically demanding environments

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

Valid Driver’s License (Required)

I-CAR / ASE Certifications (Preferred)
