Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Perform vehicle inspections and repairs according to company and industry standards.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality repairs and meet deadlines.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding status updates and any challenges.
• Assist in prep and repair phases as needed based on workflow and team needs.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and shop policies.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 1–3+ years of auto body repair experience
• Proficiency with vehicle structural repair techniques
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly (and up to 70 lbs occasionally)
• Comfortable with climbing, kneeling, and working in physically demanding environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• I-CAR / ASE Certifications (Preferred)
