Job summary

Toyota of Boerne is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician for its high-volume Collision Center in Boerne, TX. You will diagnose and repair full-frame and unibody vehicles with precision, remove and reinstall panels, and ensure wiring and interiors are correctly reassembled.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on collision repair experience (frame, metal, and interior).
• Ability to interpret and execute detailed repair plans.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair structural and frame damage on full-frame and unibody vehicles
• Remove, repair, and replace body panels with accuracy and care
• Reinstall wiring harnesses and interiors
• Operate modern measuring and repair systems
• Collaborate with teammates and attend weekly shop meetings
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair structural and frame damage on full-frame and unibody vehicles
• Remove, repair, and replace body panels with accuracy and care
• Reinstall damaged or replaced wiring harnesses and vehicle interiors
• Operate modern measuring and repair systems
• Work closely with team members and attend weekly shop meetings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on collision repair experience (frame, metal, and interior)
• Ability to interpret and execute detailed repair plans
• Familiarity with I-CAR, ASE, or OEM procedures (certifications a plus)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
