Job summary

#1 Cochran Beaver County is seeking an experienced Collision Technician at the Beaver Body by Cochran Collision Center. You will repair vehicles per estimates, ensure parts are correct and prepared for body work, and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a collision repair technician.
• ICAR or ASE certifications in auto body repair a plus.
• Ability to read and follow repair/estimate orders.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per estimate and manufacturer standards.
• Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
• Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
• Notify management of additional repairs or parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair.
• Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job or cause a delay.
• Cooperate and assist other personnel in repair and prepping of vehicles.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the #1 Cochran's values in all interactions with customers, team members and vendors.

• Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received
• Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
• Notifies management of any additional repairs needed. Documents additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair
• Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time
• Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles

Qualifications

• One or more years related experience as a collision repair technician
• ICAR or ASE certifications in auto body repair is a plus
• Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged vehicles including body work and when to replace or repair parts
• Ability to read and following instructions on repair/estimate orders required
