Job summary

Cochran Cars in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Parts Advisor for our North Huntington Body by Cochran Collision Center. This fast-paced, high-volume environment requires tech-savvy candidates with a strong work ethic and a focus on customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable with computers, possess a valid driver's license, and have or be willing to gain experience in automotive parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy with computers and comfortable with instructions.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work well with the public in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts needs and orders.
• Process inventory, shipping/receiving, and stocking.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate must be tech savvy and proficient in computers, possess a valid driver’s license, and be a persistent problem solver, with a focus on superior customer service both with retail and internal customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment and compensation will be commensurate with level of experience.

Knowledge of automotive parts processes, including inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures and stocking experience preferred.
