Doenges Toyota in Bartlesville, OK is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our Collision Center. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs to ensure manufacturer-quality results.

Qualifications

• Previous collision repair or auto body technician experience required
• I-CAR certifications preferred but not required
• Ability to perform structural and cosmetic repairs independently
• Experience with frame machines, welders, and collision repair equipment
• Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards

Responsibilities

• Repair collision-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and dealership quality standards

• Replace and align body panels, doors, fenders, hoods, and other components
• Measure, diagnose, and repair vehicle frame and unibody damage
• Complete welding, panel bonding, and metal finishing operations
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and management to ensure quality repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety guidelines
• Accurately document repair work and communicate repair needs
