Job summary

Caliber Collision's Williamsburg Service Center is seeking skilled auto collision technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender to frame, with a focus on precision and quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You will work with a team and lift up to 50lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender to frame.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
