Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and related technical training.
• Prefer associate degree with hands-on auto body experience.
• Minimum three years of work experience in auto body or similar trade.

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint company vehicles, scissor and man lifts, and bakery equipment for painting.
• Ensure prep work meets product quality standards before painting.
• Operate paint mixing system and color-match equipment.
• Coordinate with Level 1 technician on paint applications and touch ups.
• Use pressure pot and gravity-fed spray guns; perform basic wiring tasks.
• Fabricate/weld steel, aluminum, and stainless components as needed.
• Repair dents, rust, and apply fillers and sealers.
• Refurbish equipment and assemble trailer components as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
