Qualifications

• HS or GED; Post-secondary education in collision repair preferred.
• Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be eligible for coverage under Company's insurance policy.
• Advanced understanding of the repair process/procedures.
• Strong analytical and coordination capabilities; capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking.
• Highly effective leadership with excellent communication and delegation.
• World Class customer service mindset with internal/external customers.
• Maintains a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the Center and strive to meet them.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor performance and coach; ensure training requirements are met.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success.
• Supervise sales, production, and administration of the center.
• Ensure adherence to Company standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead team engagement meetings and communicate center scoreboard.
• Review estimates for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor financial metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure DRP accounts are managed and communicated to Regional staff.
• Coach teammates through timely feedback.
• Ensure center meets OE/Insurer and I-CAR requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including hazmat rules and documentation.
• Demonstrate alignment with Company Vision, Mission and Values.
• Build relationships with other departments, insurers, and customers to encourage repeat business.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE usage.
