Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align components while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence across all touches.

The role emphasizes teamwork with shop colleagues and adherence to KPIs, acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read orders and work with supervision.
• Strong understanding of repair tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using repair tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply fillers as needed.
• Realign chassis to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect post-repair vehicles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
