You will perform structural and non-structural collision repairs, panel replacement, sheet metal work, welding, and alignment, while following repair plans and manufacturer procedures, with a collaborative team focused on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision repair or auto body metal technician experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with structural repairs, panel replacement, welding, and frame repair.
- 1+ years of knowledge of body shop tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
- Analyze vehicle damage and determine proper repair procedures.
- Perform sheet metal repairs, panel replacement, and alignment work.
- Work from repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Monitor repair progress to ensure completion.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders.
