Bob Johnson CDJR Watertown is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Metal Technician to join our collision team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, particularly with frame straightening and unibody repairs.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a metal technician in a collision repair setting.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications a plus (but not required).
• Proficient in frame straightening and unibody repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and OEM repair procedures.
• Own tools required; specialty equipment provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural and non-structural repairs on damaged vehicles to OEM standards
• Replace or repair damaged panels, frame components, and other metal body parts
• Operate frame machines, welding equipment, and hand/power tools
• Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure seamless repair flow
• Adhere to safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and hours billed
