Burns Collision Center in Marlton, NJ is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join a high-volume, fast-paced shop. You will manage repairs from initial estimate through delivery, coordinating with customers, insurers, and technicians.

The role requires CCC ONE proficiency and strong knowledge of collision repair procedures. You will prepare accurate estimates, review damage with customers, handle supplements, and document repairs throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience as Auto Body Estimator is required.
• Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and parts.
• ROME experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONE.
• Review vehicle damage with customers and explain the repair process.
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters as needed.
• Manage supplements and update repair plans throughout the process.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure proper repair execution.
• Maintain organized documentation, photos, and repair files.
• Oversee the repair process from intake through final delivery.
