Job summary

B Street Collision is hiring a Detailer to support our Kansas City shop with exterior washing, interior cleaning, and final quality checks to ensure a superior finish for every vehicle.

You'll join a team-focused culture that emphasizes growth and learning, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Lifting requirements exist (50+ pounds), a valid driver’s license is needed, and buffing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle.
• Buffing experience preferred but not required.
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that Wow factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills.
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule.
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models.
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles and vacuum/clean interiors.
• Assist with buffing tasks as needed and on-the-job training.
• Perform final quality checks before vehicles leave the lot.
