Job summary

B Street Collision Center in Kansas City, KS seeks a detailer to join our team. You will clean and prep vehicles, wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and assist with final quality checks to ensure a showroom finish.

Experience buffing is preferred but not required; we value attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with lifting involved.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to clean vehicles with attention to quality.
• Willingness to learn and take on new detailing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles.
• Vacuum and clean interior of vehicles.
• Buffing experience is a plus but not required.
• Perform final quality checks and ensure a showroom finish.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist team and learn new detailing skills as needed.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday 6:45 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
• Lift, squat, kneel, bend and handle car parts up to 50 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and multitask across models.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
