National Coatings & Supplies is seeking a Counter Representative to provide excellent customer service, pull items from stock, and process billing using electronic and paper catalogs.

The role includes greeting customers, handling orders, assisting with deliveries, stocking displays, and supporting inventory control. A HS diploma or GED is required; 50 lb lifting capability is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/ GED required.
• 6 months experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• General knowledge of Paint, Body & Equipment functions.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers entering the store and answer calls.
• Identify, source, and invoice parts using catalog systems.
• Handle special orders or non-stock products.
• Restock displays and maintain stock room.
• Assist with inventory control and daily returns.
• Help with delivery and mix paint as needed.
