Blue Ash Auto Body is hiring an experienced Body Shop Repair Technician to join our growth-focused team in Blue Ash, OH. You will perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes, using modern equipment in a well-equipped facility.

Qualifications

• Must have body shop/collision repair experience.
• Aluminum repairs, EVs, or ADAS experience a plus.
• I-CAR/ASE or manufacturer certifications welcomed but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Repair or replace damaged body panels and related components.
• Complete repairs according to OEM procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform welding, panel fitting, metal finishing, and component replacement.
• Measure vehicle dimensions and restore vehicles to factory standards.
• Work closely with estimators and other team members to ensure efficient repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.
