Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OEM or I-CAR certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles utilizing techniques including welding, metalworking, refinishing, painting, and body alignment.
• Follow repair procedures with attention to detail and safety.
• Diagnose and identify repair opportunities for various makes/models.
• Perform auto body repairs with minimal supervision and ensure quality certification.
• Document all repair work daily.
• Review damage reports to determine repair procedures.
• Notify management of defects found during repair.
• Continuously learn new techniques to improve efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
