Job summary

Traynor Collision Center-Milford in Milford, CT is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join a busy shop. This full-time role offers a pay range of $35.00–$50.00 hourly with paid training, robust growth opportunities, and support for certifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of auto body experience, I-CAR or OEM training is a plus, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work with safety-minded practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training a plus.
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work)
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
