Job summary

NEK Collision, Powered by VIVE is seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Repair Technician in Lyndon, VT. This full-time role offers a strong salary range and a pay plan that can be hourly or flat rate, with substantial earnings potential.

You will perform structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs, follow OEM procedures, and actively communicate with estimators. Training, certifications, and growth opportunities are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto body experience preferred.
• I-CAR or OEM training a plus.
• Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs.
• Complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work).
• Follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures.
• Identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator.
• Use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
