Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Examiner, Auto | Bodily Injury to analyze and process complex bodily injury auto and commercial transportation claims, reviewing coverage, investigating liability, and evaluating damages. You will manage litigation, coordinate independent adjusters, and ensure timely resolution for clients.

The ideal candidate has five years of claims management experience, licenses, and a strong communication skill set.

Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto claims including bodily injury for personal and commercial lines.
• Manage litigation process on litigated claims.
• Coordinate vendor management and independent adjusters.
• Prepare large claim reports to carriers.
• Develop action plans to meet deadlines and resolve files.
• Identify subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; manage salvage.
• Communicate claim status with insured, client, and broker.
• Support organization quality programs.
