Kelly Nissan of Woburn is seeking energetic Appointment Schedulers/BDC Agents for our Woburn, MA location. No automotive experience is required and comprehensive training will be provided to help you start a rewarding career at our family-run dealership.

You will schedule appointments with customers, follow up via phone, email and text, and work a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Great pay, weekly earnings, and growth potential await.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance, high energy, and a positive attitude are required, along with strong communication skills.
• Experience in automotive is not required and will be provided via professional training.
• Hospitality, call center, or customer service backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with customers to discuss vehicle purchases with Product Specialists.
• Follow up via phone, email and text messaging; no cold calling.
• Maintain attention to detail and participate in extensive on-going training.
• Work a mix of shifts including mornings, evenings and some weekends.
