Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks dedicated individuals to help children with autism develop communication, social, and independent skills. The role offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and is full-time at the Rockwall, TX location.

No experience is necessary as paid training is provided and the RBT certification is fully covered. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with masters considered for higher pay, and a compassionate,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience is a plus (childcare, QMHP, behavioral health roles, or related fields).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play and hands-on activities; stay active during sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
