Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Willow Park, TX is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans and assist kids in building communication, social, and independent skills during daytime hours.

No experience required—paid training and RBT certification are provided. Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, with potential opportunities to advance within the ABC clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with proof of degree (diploma or official transcript).
• Paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered upon hire.
• Childcare experience or related health sciences degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
