Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in The Woodlands, TX is hiring Behavior Technicians to help children with autism build communication, social, and independence skills. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; start date is immediate.

No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of your RBT certification are provided. A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master’s degree may lead to higher pay as listed. You will work with a supportive team in a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and floor activities with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• May assist nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
