Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Dallas seeks caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills through play-based ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a supportive team.

No experience is needed; paid training and a fully covered RBT certification are provided, with guaranteed full-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification provided.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
• Observe a Behavior Technician at work (video link).
