Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is hiring Behavior Therapists to work in-person with young children with autism, providing 1:1 behavioral therapy and data-driven progress tracking. No prior experience is required because comprehensive RBT certification training is fully funded.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Fully paid training to earn RBT certification; no prior experience required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance; ability to travel to other clinics.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 2-8 with ASD to build communication, social, and daily-living skills.
• Implement therapy programs designed by BCBA; collect data and participate in progress reviews.
• Engage children with energy, creativity, and play to promote growth; collaborate with families and clinical staff.
• Help coordinate and communicate with parents and team to support each child's growth.
