Action Behavior Centers in Jersey Village, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans and help kids build communication, social, and independent skills.

No experience is required; we provide paid training and will fully cover your RBT certification. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, and there is guaranteed full-time hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required with proof of degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace with children
• Paid training and RBT certification fully covered
• No experience necessary to start, training provided

Responsabilidades

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow
