Action Behavior Centers in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor's degree to join our daytime team serving children with autism. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, reading, and hands‑on activities in a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, crouching and getting on/off the floor.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work if curious.
