Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Waco, TX seeks a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree to join our daytime, full‑time team. You’ll follow individualized treatment plans, help kids develop communication and social skills, and collect simple session data in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; must provide diploma or transcript showing the degree awarded.
• Willingness to obtain paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and bending; active pace.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with children or in care settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
• Observe and learn by watching a Behavior Technician at work.
