Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Child Autism Therapist in Corpus Christi, TX. The role offers full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays; training is provided and RBT certification is fully covered.

Salary is based on education and ABA experience, with bachelor’s degree roles ranging from $15–$24 per hour. This position requires a bachelor’s degree, reliable attendance, and a willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No prior ABA experience required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and manage active pace around young children.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Assist children learning through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay engaged and energetic during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe therapy area.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth.
