Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks caring individuals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills through play-based ABA therapy at our McAllen clinic.

You will work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, receive paid training and full support to obtain your RBT certification, and join a team dedicated to helping kids grow. A Bachelor's degree is required and proof of degree is needed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must be verifiable.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Childcare or mental health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow customized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play and engaging activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy area.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and observe progress.
