Job summary
Action Behavior Centers in Manvel, TX seeks a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to help children build communication, social, and independent skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. Location: 3405 County Road 58, Manvel, TX 77578. Start Date: Immediate openings.
No experience required; paid training and fully covered RBT certification provided. Growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and must be verified.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Experience in childcare, education, or health sciences is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
- Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
- Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
- Watch a Behavior Technician at work video.
