Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, IL hires compassionate individuals to help children with autism acquire communication, social, and independent skills through play-based ABA therapy. Roles are full-time, weekdays 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays, and paid training including certification coverage.

You'll work with children ages 18 months to 8 years, follow personalized plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
