No prior experience is required as paid training is provided and the RBT certification is fully covered. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a quick onboarding process and opportunities to grow within ABC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must provide proof (diploma or transcript).
• No experience required; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare, mental health, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and support therapists during sessions.
