Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required and verified as part of the hiring process.
- Paid training and fully covered RBT certification provided by ABC.
- No prior ABA experience required; childcare/healthcare exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
- Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
- Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.
