Action Behavior Centers in Dallas, TX is hiring a Child Autism Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and recording session data.

The role offers full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with paid training and fully covered RBT certification. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 10 holidays, PTO, and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required and must be verifiable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active around children.
• Experience with childcare or related roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and document progress, contributing to treatment adjustments.
