New Story Schools in Pennsylvania seeks a Special Education Teacher to design and deliver individualized instruction, supporting both learning and social-emotional growth. You will work in a structured, engaging classroom and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help students ages 5–21 succeed.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay rate of $75,000 for PA Instructional I Special Education certification candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification
• Minimum three months of experience with students with disabilities
• Knowledge of child development, differentiated instruction, and behavior management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Develop and implement IEPs and lesson plans meeting each student’s needs
• Deliver engaging instruction using varied teaching methods
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment
• Track progress and prepare documentation and reports
