Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an Autism Support & Skill Building Specialist (RBT) to join our team in Sergeant Bluff, IA. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, aiming to improve independence and positive behaviors.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the ABA field. Prior RBT certification is required before working and you will be supported by a strong clinical team.

• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
