Job summary

Franklin Public Schools in Franklin, MA is seeking an Educational Support Professional for the GOALS Program at Lincoln Street 3-5 Elementary School. The role provides direct instruction and embedded support to students with Autism in inclusion and dedicated settings, under the direction of the Building Principal and BCBA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or ParaPro Certification required.
• Experience with children with Autism required.
• Must be warm, caring, respectful and have a strong desire to work with young children.
• Familiarity/training with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Must pass CORI background check and CHRI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Aiding in planning and implementing academic and behavioral programming for assigned students in collaboration with other team members.
• Recording and summarizing data.
• Work collaboratively with GOALS team members.
• Modifying general education curriculum to meet student needs and insure successful inclusion experiences.
• Actively participate in on-going training.
