Job summary

Hopebridge in Murfreesboro West, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children with autism develop communication, social, and school-readiness skills. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement plans and document progress.

The role offers on-the-job RBT certification support, flat-rate pay, and comprehensive benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for relocation and growth within Hopebridge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you’ve ever thought possible.
