Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.

You will work one-on-one to help develop communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation; TB test, background check & fingerprint clearance required; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience & education).
• Mileage reimbursement: Paid per mile.
• Drive time compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.
