Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college hours from an accredited institution
• High School Diploma or GED with GACE Paraprofessional test
• Must hold or be eligible for paraprofessional certificate by Georgia PSC

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support with classroom management and small-group instruction
• Support student learning through progress monitoring and behavior interventions
• Assist in creating inclusive learning environments for diverse learners
• Supervise students to maintain a safe, orderly learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support attendance and engagement
• Participate in professional development and required trainings
