Center for Social Dynamics in Benicia, CA seeks a Primary Social Skills Group Facilitator (Clinical Leader) to design and supervise evidence-based mental health services for children with autism and related developmental needs. You will lead social skill groups in home, school, and community settings, and supervise Behavior Specialists to ensure quality care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, ABA knowledge, and at least one year in behavioral health or group facilitation,

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or ABA)
• ABA coursework acceptable with Special Education
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health or group facilitation

Aufgaben

• Designs and prepares curriculum for social skill groups
• Facilitates groups and supervises secondary facilitators
• Educates families on scheduling and hours appropriate
• Maintains progress notes and billing documentation
• Monitors cancellations and arranges make-up sessions
• Coordinates with HR and Regional Director on administrative concerns
• Keeps current with autism research and related fields
