Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and therapy for children with autism in the Autism Learning Center and related settings.

You will develop treatment plans, work with BCBAs and ABA Therapists, and coordinate with families and staff to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role requires a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure in Michigan or Indiana, with travel to community sites as needed.

Qualifications

• The SLP will hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed in Indiana and/or Michigan.
• The candidate should have experience with individuals on the autism spectrum and knowledge of ABA.
• Ability to collaborate with other professionals (BCBAs, ABA Therapists, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine the need for therapeutic services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with center staff to align goals across settings (Autism Learning Center, classrooms, home).
• Maintain progress notes and timely reports; communicate with families.
• Drive to different community sites to provide services as needed.
