Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Behavioral Analyst for the Harrisburg PA area to support autism services through the Office of Developmental Programs. The role involves statewide capacity work, clinical consultations, and cross‑system collaboration to improve outcomes for children and adults with ASD.

The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of ASD service delivery experience, with strong ABA knowledge, presentations, and program development skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in psychology, education, social work or related field with 5+ years serving individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor’s in related field with 10+ years of service delivery to ASD populations.
• Knowledge of ABA, PBS, CBT methods, and related treatment concepts for autism.
• Strong computer skills including database design/management and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop PowerPoint materials and present publicly.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organization and prioritization.
• Capacity to work with diverse teams and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with state systems and providers to support autism and complex conditions.
• Assist statewide capacity assessments and needs evaluations for children and adults.
• Support training programs, protocols, and regulations across ODP.
• Provide high-level clinical consultations to autism service providers.
• Develop training materials and deliver in-person and virtual sessions.
• Contribute to PASP data reporting and CDC ADDM activities.
