Job summary

Hummingbird ABA Therapy, LLC in Centre County, PA seeks an Assistant Behavior Analyst to provide one-to-one behavioral interventions for children aged 2–21 with autism, under supervision from a BCBA. This mid-tier supervisory role includes supervising direct therapists and training families.

The position requires in-person sessions at least four days per week with some remote work as needed; travel up to 20% may be required. Competitive benefits offered after 3 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ABA or related field with ABA coursework at graduate level.
• Certification as a BCaBA through the BACB or QASP-S through QABA is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Pennsylvania IBHS-ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Carry an assigned caseload of 4-5 clients requiring in-person clinical oversight.
• Conduct assessments including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ABAS-3 with BCBA oversight.
• Develop and update Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) and disseminate updates.
• Review data and session notes; modify treatment as needed.
• Provide face-to-face behavioral interventions and supervise direct Therapists.
