Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience working with students preferred; ASD exposure highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred).
• Willingness to drive 20–40 miles to assigned school.
• Ability to document clinical notes and administrative data accurately and on time.
• Strong communication and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to students with autism and related disorders under supervision.
• Implement clinical programs for each student.
• Support multiple students within a classroom with embedded supports.
• Attend training and adhere to program guidelines.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor to adjust plans.
